Week 10. No Limit Texas Holdem SNG Tournaments: How to Activate the Push-Fold Ordnance

ROI = -3.8%
ITM = 39.1%
Total tournaments - 69
$/Tourney = -$0.08
Final bankroll = $49.15

As usual the problem is the still the bubble game. When there were already 4-5 players my stack was small enough. But was it small enough to move all the checks to the middle of the table?

In the professional players' blogs and at the forum 2+2 I found two opinions: start stacking everything as soon as you have 15BB left; or move all the checks to the middle of the table as you have 10BB or less left.

Pot Sized Continuation Bet in Texas Holdem SNG

It's really interesting theme for any texas holdem SNG player. How to place continuation bet right?

What does Ed Miller know about texas holdem that you are out of touch with?

Texas Holdem is a game with thousands aspects. There are some poker tips from good poker players. I hope it helps you and me win some more money at texas holdem tables.

PokerMan create long post with some general texas holdem tips. You know about all this things. But do you follow those simple tips?

Sit n Go spreadsheet modification for Full Tilt Poker

Poker Tracker is a great toll. But it developed mainly for cash game (even not for NL Texas Holdem). And some times we need some more information about our SNG play. Buying some utilities for processing tournament statistics isn't reasonable solution for player with small bankroll.

The perfect solution is free tool that can import data from Poker Tracker. And I found such tool. It is Sit n Go Spreadsheet (AKA 2+2 SnG Spreadsheet). http://www.sngicons.com/software.php

No Limit Texas Holdem Rules For Raising

How mach should I raise on preflop? Should I use the same bet size or different?

Every day I play texas holdem I think about these questions. I usually bet 4BB both in cash games and tourneys. And the main reasons are: you never can be sure that hand I have. If I have AA I bet 4BB or if I have JJ I bet 4BB too.

What’s about tourney?

I think you should vary bet size. Some times call with AA or bet 2BB with KK. But not in SNGs! Slow play is the direct way to sng bankrupt.

2 Sit 'n' Go Strategy Guides

What is the key to success in poker sit and go tournaments? It's survival. I do it perfectly. But I finish 6th or 5th too often. Blind are high, but my stack is too short. It hurts my bankroll and my pride.

Study 2+2 STT forum I found that I play too tight on bubble. OK. I have some experience playing in Push/Fold modus. As you know I usually play using short stack strategy.

Of cause, sit and go push/fold modus is different. But my fingers are trained to push all-in. And I love such game. It keeps decisions simple and you can play 4+ tables at once.

Online Poker Freeroll Tournament Strategy

I've wrote about MTT strategy early. That post is very popular. But this one has to be more popular. Cause, it's about freerolls, about freerolls strategy.

OK. Let's begin.

Avery one loves free money :) And poker rooms offer you free money. But you don't get free money from freerolls. Cause you have to spend a lot of time to win some money. There are thousands players in the freeroll tourney. And less than 10% of them are paid.

I think if the money prize isn't significant, you strategy must be mechanic. If you can't play 3 or 4 tourneys at the same time, simplify or change strategy.

Heads Up Poker Strategy

I have a terrible headache and I can't think about anything except my poor head and poker. And so great that there are heads up poker :) I have long wanted to play this kind of poker. But there is very little information about it in the Net. But I am really struggling with the noise in the ears attacked Google. And I have been rewarded with a bit of heads up poker strategies.
